Panchayat election in jharkhand.

v.o.1 :-

Jharkhand polls announced by the Election Commission.Starting November 22nd. elections will take place in five phases.The second phase of the elections on November 26th, the third phase will be held on November 30th.On December 6 and including the fourth phase will be held on December 12th last.The results will be announced on December 15th.
